The transmission filter element is a crucial filtering component installed inside the forklift transmission. It is used to filter impurities from the oil, ensuring the normal operation of the transmission.
Its functions include the following points:
1.Filter impurities and protect the core components
Intercept particles such as metal shavings (from gear/clutch wear), friction plate powder, and oil sludge in the oil, preventing scratches on precision parts like torque converters, oil supply pumps, and control valve plates, avoiding oil passage blockage (such as valve plate blockage causing weak acceleration and inability to shift gears), and reducing wear to extend the lifespan.
